Why is my subscription expiring?

Are you seeing a message that your number or subscription is expiring? There could be a few reasons for this:


  1. Your subscription has lapsed, which means that Apple or Google weren't able to charge you for this renewal period. To maintain your numbers, please update your payment information with Apple or Google. Here's our support article on Updating Your Payment Information. Once updated, the system will automatically attempt to charge you again within 24 hours.
  2. You renewed the wrong subscription type for your number. For example, you have a Standard Number, but you have purchased a Verified Number subscription. Check your subscription type vs the type of number you have. Hint: All Verified Numbers will say "Verified". That way you can tell the difference between what type of number you have and your subscription type.
  3. Your number is simply not attached to your subscription. Follow the steps using our support article on Moving a Prepaid Number to a Subscription.
