Can I move my prepaid number to my subscription?

Prepaid numbers have a lifespan of 30 days. Should you upgrade to a subscription or a larger subscription package, you can move your prepaid number over to your subscription. When doing this, it makes the prepaid number become unlimited and becomes auto renewing along with your subscription.

iOS users:

1. Tap the Settings Icon at the bottom right of your inbox.
2. Tap Number Settings.
3. From there, tap the Burner number you want to add to your subscription.
4. Tap Keep number longer or delete. Finally, click on Transfer to Subscription. 

Android Users:

1. Tap the Settings Icon at the bottom right of your inbox.
2. Tap the Burner number you want to add to your subscription.
3. Tap on EXTEND.
4. This will bring up a menu screen where you'll need to tap on MAKE AUTO-RENEWING.
