Updating Payment Methods
Depending on where you purchased your subscription from, will depend on where you update the payment.
If you're seeing an Apple subscription and your Apple ID, all in-app purchases are handled by the App Store, so payment methods and other information can be updated with them.

If you see a subscription under your Play Store section, all in-app purchases are handled by the Google Play Store, so payment methods and other information can be updated with them.

If you don't see a subscription under any of the areas mentioned above, you may have purchased directly through us using a credit card. You can update your payment information at app.burnerapp.com. Just log in using your account number (main cell phone number), then you should see a section on the left side labeled Billing. To the right of that, you should see a link that says Change Payment Method. Click on that and follow the prompts through.
If you're still unable to locate your subscription, please send us a message at support@burnerapp.com. Be sure to include your main cell phone number and a copy of the email receipt sent over to you (if applicable).
