How to Delete Your Dual SIM / eSIM Profile

If you no longer need your Burner Cellular Data eSIM on your device, you can delete the dual SIM profile directly from your phone’s settings. This only removes the eSIM profile from your device; it does not automatically cancel or refund your Burner plan.

If you want to stop future charges, make sure you also manage or cancel your Burner subscription in the app or through your app store account.

Steps to delete your eSIM (Dual SIM profile)

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap Cellular (this may appear as Mobile Data on some devices).
3. Under SIMs, tap the eSIM number you want to remove.
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap Delete eSIM.
6. Confirm when your device asks if you’re sure you want to delete the eSIM.

Once completed, the dual SIM/eSIM profile will be removed from your device, and you will no longer be able to use cellular data from that eSIM unless you reinstall it.

Important notes

• Deleting the eSIM from your device will not automatically cancel your Burner Cellular Data plan.
• If you want to fully stop service and billing, follow our subscription or plan cancellation steps here.
• If you factory reset or change your device, your eSIM profile may also be removed and will need to be reinstalled if you still have an active plan.
