Dual SIM - Can I get a new number?

At this time, Burner doesn't offer replacement Dual SIM/eSIM numbers.


What to expect:

If you accidentally deleted your Dual SIM number from your device, you don't need a new number — you can reinstall the same one.


How to reinstall your number:

  1. Open the Burner app.
  2. Go to your Dual SIM number.
  3. Tap Activate Now.
  4. Follow the prompts to reinstall the number on your device.

Important notes:

  • Burner doesn't currently support issuing a new Dual SIM/eSIM number as a replacement.
