Dual SIM — Can I Switch Back to a Standard Burner Number?

Once you convert a Burner number to a Dual SIM (eSIM) number, that number can't be switched back to a standard Burner number. This article explains what to expect before you make the switch.

What to expect

Converting a number to Dual SIM is a one-way change. This applies whether you ported an existing Burner number into the eSIM flow or created a new eSIM number directly. There's no in-app option, and no way for support to reverse it, once the conversion is complete.

If you cancel or downgrade your Dual SIM subscription, your eSIM number is removed — it does not return to being a standard Burner number. You'd need to create a new standard Burner number separately.
