How to View Your Payment or Charge History
Your Burner subscription charges are processed through the platform where you originally signed up. Follow the steps below based on your purchase method.
iOS (Apple App Store)
If you subscribed through the iPhone app, your charges were billed through your Apple ID.
- Open your iPhone's Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions to view active and past subscriptions.
- Tap Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History to see your charges.
You can also review your bank or card statements. Apple charges typically appear as:
- "APPLE.COM/BILL" or similar
Note: Apple manages all billing directly, so they are the best source for detailed charge history.
Android (Google Play Store)
If you subscribed through the Android app, your charges were billed through your Google account.
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions or Budget & history.
You can also check your bank or card statements. Charges typically appear as:
- "GOOGLEADHOCLABSBURNER" or a similar format.
These entries may include both "Google" and "Ad Hoc Labs" (Burner).
Web Purchases (Burner Website)
If you purchased directly through the Burner website:
- Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as:
- "BURNER*ADHOCLABS" or a similar format.
- Subscription receipts are automatically emailed to you after each charge.
If you cannot locate your receipts, you can contact our support team and we’ll resend them.
