Smart Reply for Texting (iOS)

Smart Reply helps you respond to messages faster by providing AI-generated reply suggestions directly within your conversations.

Requirements

Smart Reply is available for:

• iOS 26 or later
• Devices with Apple Intelligence enabled
• 1:1 conversations (not currently available in group chats)

How to Enable Smart Reply

1. Open the Burner app
2. Open the conversation you'd like to use Smart Reply with
3. Tap More
4. Select Chat Settings
5. Toggle Smart Reply on

Once enabled, reply suggestions will appear when available.

Why Am I Not Seeing Smart Reply Suggestions?

If Smart Reply isn't appearing, please check the following:

• Your device is running iOS 26 or later
• Apple Intelligence is enabled on your device
• You're viewing a 1:1 conversation
• Smart Reply is enabled in More > Chat Settings > Smart Reply
