Trouble Logging In While Traveling Abroad?

If you're traveling internationally and don't have data or SMS access on your primary phone number, you may not be able to receive the login verification code we send during sign-in.

What to Do

If you're unable to receive your login code, you can request manual account verification by contacting our support team. To get started, send us an email by clicking the Contact button at the top right of this page with the following information:

  • A copy of your payment receipt associated with your Burner account.
    • Try looking up the word "Burner" in your email.
  • The Burner number(s) on your account
  • The primary cell phone number linked to your account

What Happens Next

Once we receive your email, our team will verify your account ownership through a few additional steps. If we're able to confirm your identity, we'll send you a login code so you can access your account.

If We're Unable to Verify Your Identity

To protect your privacy and account security, we're unable to provide login codes if we cannot confirm account ownership. In that case, you'll need to regain access to data or SMS service on your primary number before logging in.
