How To Test Inbound Calls & Texts

If you're experiencing issues receiving calls or texts on your Burner, you can use the built-in test tools to verify that inbound calling and messaging are functioning properly on your device. Here's how:

iOS:

  1. Open the Burner app
  2. Tap the More icon
  3. Select Number Settings
  4. From there, you’ll see:
    • Test Inbound Call
    • Test Inbound Text

Android:

  1. Open the Burner app
  2. Tap the More icon
  3. Select Number Settings
  4. From there, you’ll see:
    • Test Inbound Call
    • Test Inbound Text
