Cash App Refund

Made a purchase through Cash App? Although the payment is through Cash App, it's processed in conjunction with our Web App version of our subscription that's directly with us.

Therefore, if you're looking to get a refund, you'll need to reach out to our Support Team directly.

If you're simply looking to cancel your subscription, you can log in to your dashboard here.

Option 1:

From within the app, tap More > Help > Type Agent > Click "I Still Need Help" > Tap the Email button.

Option 2:

Go here > Tap Contact at the top right > Type Agent > Click Email.
