Can't find how to contact support?
If you’re having trouble reaching Burner Support or are not seeing a response, there are a few common reasons this may happen.
How to Contact Support
The best way to contact Burner Support is through the app directly:
- Open the app and tap More.
- Tap Help.
- Ask the chatbot your question, and if it can't help, tap I Still Need Help.
- Click on Email Support.
Support is currently handled through email and support tickets. We do not currently offer phone or live chat support.
Can't get into the app?
If you can't get into the app for help, try reaching out using these steps:
- Go here: support.burnerapp.com
- Tap Contact at the top right.
- If that doesn't work, tap the Bubble chat icon at the bottom right.
- Ask the chatbot your question, and if it can't help, tap I Still Need Help.
- Click on Email Support.
Don't see our replies? Check your Spam or Junk Folder
Support replies may sometimes be filtered into:
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions
- Updates folders
If you do not see a response, search your inbox for the keyword 'Burner'.
Avoid Submitting Multiple Tickets
Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue can sometimes delay responses. For faster assistance, reply to your existing support thread instead of creating additional requests.
Include Your Account Information
When contacting Support, it’s helpful to include:
- The email address used to create the account
- The main phone number associated with the account
- Your Burner number (if applicable)
- Any screenshots of your issue
Providing this information will help us locate your account and assist you more quickly.
Response Times
Our team generally replies in under 10 hours, however, response times may occasionally be delayed during periods of high support volume, but our team will respond as soon as possible.
