Why Don't I See the 10 Line Option?
The 10 line subscription option is only available through subscriptions purchased directly in the Burner mobile app using Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
If you are currently subscribed through the Burner Web App, you may only see the 1 line and 3 line subscription options. At this time, the 10 line option is not supported for Web App subscriptions.
How to Access the 10 Line Option
To gain access to the 10 line subscription, you will need to switch from a Web App subscription to a mobile app subscription through Apple or Google billing.
Before making any subscription changes, please contact Support so we can assist with transferring your numbers properly and help avoid any interruptions to your service.
