Can I Delete my Burner Account From a Computer?

Short Answer
No — Burner accounts cannot be deleted from a computer. You can only delete your account:
  • In the Burner app
  • Or by contacting support

iOS:
  1. Open the Burner app
  2. Tap the More tab at the bottom
  3. Tap Account
  4. Select Manage Account
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm

Android Users:

  1. Click the More icon at the bottom right. 
  2. Tap your phone number or account name under Account
  3. Tap on Delete Account

Can I Cancel my subscription from a computer?
Yes — if your subscription is billed through the Web App (directly with us and not through Apple/Google), you may be able to cancel it from a computer. You can use the link here.
Note: Canceling your subscription:
  • Does NOT delete your Burner account
  • Does NOT remove your numbers or data
  • Only stops future billing

Important Notes
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first
  • Deleting your account does not automatically process refunds
