Can I Delete my Burner Account From a Computer?

Short Answer
No — Burner accounts cannot be deleted from a computer.
You can only delete your account:

  • In the Burner app (iPhone or Android)
  • Or by contacting support

Deleting Your Account on iPhone


  1. Open the Burner app
  2. Tap the More tab at the bottom
  3. Tap Account
  4. Select Manage Account
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm

Deleting Your Account on Android


  1. Open the Burner app
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰)
  3. Go to Account Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm
Can I Cancel My Subscription from a Computer?
Yes — if your subscription is billed through Stripe, you may be able to cancel it from a computer.
However, canceling your subscription:

  • Does NOT delete your Burner account
  • Does NOT remove your numbers or data
  • Only stops future billing

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first
  • Deleting your account does not automatically process refunds
