Enabling Notifications & Badges on your Device

If you’re not receiving notifications from Burner, you may need to allow them on your device itself.

When You First Sign In

When opening Burner for the first time, make sure to tap “Allow” when prompted to enable notifications. This is the quickest way to ensure everything works properly.

For iPhone (iOS)

To enable badge notifications:

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Burner
3. Tap Notifications
4. Turn on Allow Notifications
5. Make sure Badges are enabled

Notification badges are the red number indicators on the app icon showing unread activity.

For Android

To enable notification badges:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Notifications
3. Go to Advanced Settings
4. Tap App icon badges
5. Turn them on and ensure Burner is enabled

Note: Menu names may vary slightly depending on your device.

Android devices typically allow badge settings through notification menus or app settings depending on the manufacturer.

Still Not Seeing Notifications?

• Make sure notifications are enabled for Burner
• Double-check badge settings are turned on
• Restart the app after making changes
