Call Error - Unable to Place Call - VoIPAction
Seeing an error saying "Unable to place call - Burner.VoIPActionError" or something similar? Here's how to fix it:
It's likely that you recently changed your main cell phone number with our support team and also had in-app calling (VoIP) turned on. Can you try turning it off and see if that helps?
iOS Users:
- Tap on More at the bottom of your inbox.
- Tap Number Settings.
- Choose the Burner number you want to change the settings for.
- Scroll down and choose VoIP In-app Calling.
- Switch to Standard then Voice or VoIP, or leave it on Standard.
Android Users:
- Tap on More at the bottom of your inbox.
- Open Number Settings.
- Choose the Burner number you want to change the settings for.
- Scroll down and choose VoIP In-app Calling.
- Switch to Standard then Voice or VoIP, or leave it on Standard.
