Can I change my payment date?
Since Burner uses a subscription-based billing system, your renewal date is locked to the original purchase date of your subscription (monthly or yearly). This means the app will automatically bill you on the same calendar date each month or year that you first subscribed, and this date cannot be adjusted or moved.
How billing works
- Monthly subscriptions renew once a month on the exact date you started your subscription (for example, if you subscribed on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of each month).
- Yearly subscriptions renew once a year on the exact date you made the original yearly purchase.
If you need to stop or change charges, the only option is to cancel your current subscription through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or via your Burner web account, and then re-subscribe on a different date if that fits your needs.
