Can’t Make Outgoing Calls (Partial Error Message)
If you’re unable to make outgoing calls and see a partial or incomplete error message, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Refresh the App
Start by deleting and reinstalling the Burner app. This helps clear temporary issues and ensures your app is up to date.
Your account information, conversations, and credits are securely stored in the cloud and will not be lost.
Step 2: Check Your Connection
Make sure you have a stable cellular or Wi-Fi connection, as poor connectivity can interrupt call setup.
Step 3: Try Again
After reinstalling the app, try placing the call again to see if the issue persists.
Step 4: Still Not Working?
If the issue continues, please reach out to support and include:
- A screenshot of any error message you’re seeing
