Not Receiving Verification Code to Login


If you’re not receiving your login verification code, it may be due to a blocked number on your device.


Step 1: Check Blocked Numbers

Please check your device’s blocked contacts or messages and make sure the number below is not blocked:

+1 (833) 772-0138

This is the number Burner uses to send verification codes.


Step 2: Still Not Receiving the Code?

If the number isn’t blocked and you’re still not receiving the code, we can manually send one while we investigate further.

To do that, we’ll need to verify account ownership. Please provide one of the following:

  • A screenshot of your App Store email receipt showing:
    • Order Number
    • Date/Time
    • Item(s) purchased
    • Price

      (Tip: try searching your email for “Burner”)

OR

  • A screenshot of your App Store purchase history showing the subscription or renewal

And

  • The name of your Burner number in the app

    (If you never changed it from “My New Burner,” you can reply with “N/A”)
