Importing/Syncing Contacts

Looking to sync your device contacts with Burner? Follow the steps below to do so! Keep in mind that although we allow you to sync your existing device contacts with Burner, there is no way to import a CSV file or any other file type.


iOS Users:

  1. Open the app and tap Contacts.
  2. Tap iPhone.
  3. Click on Go to Settings > Burner. This will open up your device settings or you can manually navigate there.
  4. Tap Contacts.
  5. Choose Full Access.

Android Users:

  1. Go to your Device Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Look for Burner.
  4. Navigate to Permissions.
  5. Tap Contacts.
  6. Select Allow.
