Badge Count Notification

Are you seeing a notification on your badge count but not seeing any new messages or texts within the app?


If you’re seeing a badge notification but don’t see any unread notifications, you’ll just need to manually clear the notifications to reset it. Just tap on the three dots at the top right of your inbox. You’ll see a ‘Mark All As Read’ option. This will mark all your messages as read, even if they look read already, and should clear the count.


If that doesn’t work, try sending a text message from your main cell phone number to your Burner and then 'Mark All As Read' once more.
