My messages are not loading!

I'm sorry to hear that your messages aren't loading in your inbox. If you never deleted them it may simply be a connection issue and the amount of data you have stored.


Can you first try deleting and reinstalling the app to force a refresh? All of your information is stored in the cloud (conversations, credits, etc.), so they won't be affected by this process. It would help if you turn your phone off and back on again as well.


Once you've done that, give your Burner another try to see if you're able to load your message history or contacts. Please make sure you are on a strong data or WiFi connection as the information may take a few moments to download from our cloud services.
