MMS/Picture Messaging Not Working

Are you having trouble sending or receiving picture messages? Try out the steps below:

Can you please delete and reinstall the Burner app? All of your information is stored in the cloud so they won't be affected by this process. Once you've done this, try sending a picture message from your main cell phone number to your Burner number and then from your Burner to your main cell phone number. 

Keep in mind that Burner can support the usual MMS files 1MB and lower, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, etc., but we do not currently support other file types.
