Upgrading or Downgrading Subscription Plan
Need to change the type of subscription you have to add more lines or less? The steps are exactly the same whether upgrading or downgrading, as the list of plans all populate together.
Keep in mind that while upgrading or downgrading, you get to keep your same numbers (should you wish to). Just attach them to your new subscription in the Burner settings. If you have any trouble doing this after you change your plan, just reach out at support@burnerapp.com and we'll take care of it for you!
iOS Users:
- Tap Settings at the bottom right.
- Tap Account.
- Under your Subscription, tap Manage.
- From there, you'll see a list of all available subscription types for monthly or yearly!
Android Users:
- Tap Settings at the bottom right.
- Under your Subscription, tap Manage.
- From there, you'll see a list of all available subscription types for monthly or yearly!
