Nomorobo

The Nomorobo Connection for Burner automatically filters spam calls, such as robocalls and telemarketers.

The Nomorobo Connection will be activated by default for all new Burner lines. You can deactivate Nomorobo on a line-by-line basis.


iOS Users:

  1. To deactivate, tap the Settings icon at the bottom of your inbox.
  2. Tap Number Settings.
  3. Tap the number you want to edit.
  4. Scroll down to 'Use Nomorobo to reduce spam'. Where you can toggle this on or off.

Android Users:

  1. To deactivate, tap the Settings icon at the bottom of your inbox.
  2. Tap the number you want to edit.
  3. Toggle the Nomorobo switch to the left (gray).
