Burner Premium - AI Voicemail & Transcription

If you are a Burner Premium user (iOS only), you now have the ability to use AI Voicemail Transcription to transcribe your voicemails. This means you can read your messages instead of listening to them and our AI will let you know if this voicemail is spam, junk, or a legitimate voicemail! First, be sure you make the upgrade from your Standard Burner to the Burner Premium upgrade. Here's how to view these voicemails:

1. Open up the message thread where you can see the voicemail.

   

2. In this case, because the caller is soliciting car insurance, the AI is detecting this voicemail as Spam.

   

   
   

3. Here you have the option to ignore or view the message by tapping View Anyways.

   

4. Once viewed, you can choose to listen to the message instead.

   

5. Oh and, don't forget to rate the AI so we can know if it got it right or not.
