Changing your Burner number
If you have an active subscription and want to change your Burner number, you can definitely do that — we call this a line swap. Take a look at the chart below to see how many number changes are included with your plan type.

FAQ's
I have a subscription larger than a 10 line subscription, why can't I swap my lines out?
At this time, users with more than a 10 line subscription (only available through iOS) are not able to swap out their Burners at this time. Credits must be purchased in order to add additional prepaid/temporary 30 day numbers.
What happens if I use up all my Line Swaps?
Should you use up all your swaps and need to change your number, you'll need to wait until your next billing period or purchase credits to purchase your next Prepaid Burner. Prepaid Burners cost 8 credits.
When will my billing cycle reset?
If you are a monthly subscriber, your billing cycle resets each month on the date you made the subscription purchase. For yearly, each year on the date you made the subscription purchase.
iOS Users:
To change the number on your subscription, simply burn the one currently attached to your subscription and it will allow you to create a new one or attach an existing line.
- Click the More icon in the bottom of your inbox.
- Tap on Number Settings.
- Tap the burner number you want to burn at the top under 'Subscription Numbers'.
- Click on Delete or switch number.
- Review the information and choose between "Delete and create a new number" or simply "Delete number now".
- Lastly, confirm your selection and create a new number.
Android Users:
- Click the More icon in the bottom of your inbox.
- Tap on Number Settings.
- Tap the burner number you want to burn at the top under 'Subscription Numbers'.
- Tap Burn it at the very bottom and follow the prompts.
- Go back to the inbox.
- Tap the 3 dots at the top right.
- Open Add Number.
- Under Subscription Number tap + Create to create your new number.
