Changing your Burner number

If you have a subscription and would like to change your number, you can absolutely do so. We call this a line swap.

Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscribers can swap out the Burner number attached to their subscription once per billing cycle for each line. For example, if you have a 3-line subscription, you can change each number once during that billing cycle. Therefore, 3 swaps total or 3 new numbers. If you have a 1-line subscription, you can change your number once during that billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions

Annual subscribers can swap out the Burner number based on the following criteria:

1 Line Subscribers - 6 number changes per year.

3 Line Subscribers - 9 number changes per year.

10 Line Subscribers - 20 number changes per year.

What happens if I use up all my Line Swaps?

Should you use up all your swaps and need to change your number, you'll need to use credits to purchase your next Prepaid Burner. Prepaid Burners cost 8 credits.

When will my billing cycle reset?
