Why is my Verified Number not receiving a verification code?

Although our numbers support thousands of websites, there are still a few that don’t accept these numbers. Here is a complete list of sites that our numbers work for.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to troubleshoot this but you can burn your current line in your settings and create a new line free of charge. That way you can test out one last number.

If the number still doesn't work and you’d like a refund, since your purchase was processed by Apple, we do not have the authority to reverse the payment for a refund. You can request one through the App Store itself and we will do nothing to stop or dispute the request. Hope this was helpful!
