All new accounts are eligible for a free 7 day trial when purchased directly through the app only.

If you're purchasing directly through us here https://www.burnerapp.com/, you are not eligible for a free trial.


What if I was charged for a free trial?

iOS Users:

Our system was designed to offer you a free trial at no charge until you've reached your 7th day. However, if you previously had an account in the past, this means you won't be eligible for another trial and may have been charged because of this.


Since your purchases were processed by Apple, we do not have the authority to reverse the payment for a refund. You can request one through the App Store itself and we will do nothing to stop or dispute the request. Hope this was helpful!

Android Users:

If you no longer wish to use Burner, we can cancel your subscription and fully refund your purchase up to 7 days after your purchase date. That way, you can still try out Burner before cancelling. Or if you want a refund immediately, please send us a message at support@burnerapp.com.
