We understand issues can happen or you may have forgotten to cancel your subscription before it renews. Don't worry, we can help address your refund concerns.
Unfortunately, purchases made with Apple aren't managed by Burner, and we do
not have access into their system. Therefore, we do not have the authority to reverse the payment for a refund. You will need to request one through the App Store itself.
If you purchased it from Google, please send us a message at
firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure you include details about your situation for us to review, along with your main cell phone number. Please make sure you include a
copy of your receipt that was emailed to you from the Google Play store showing the
GPA. (This is known as the order number). Without this, we are
unable to look up your transaction to assist.
Note: Each month when your subscription renews, or you make an in-app purchase, Google sends you an emailed receipt to the email address you have on file with the Google Play store. You can check your email and search for key phrases such as Burner to see if you're able to locate that receipt. If you're unable to locate it, you can also reach out to Google to get a copy.
