Purchasing Credits

Looking to buy credits to purchase temporary Burners? Check out how to below.

Note: a prepaid Burner costs 8 credits. Android users can extend their Burners, while iOS cannot extend their prepaid numbers. See more on Prepaid Burners and the Difference between Prepaid Numbers and a Subscription.

iOS Users:

1. Select the 3 Dots icon at the top left of your inbox.
2. Tap Add Number #.
3. Tap Buy Credits under the Need more credits? option.
4. You'll then be able to select credits in packs of 3, 8, 10, 15, or 25. Remember, it takes 8 credits to create a new Burner number.

Your app store may request that you login or confirm your password before you can purchase.

Android Users:

1. Select the 3 Dots icon at the top left of your inbox.
2. Click Add Number.
3. Tap Buy Credits under the Need more credits? option.
4. You'll then be able to select credits in packs of 3, 8, 10, 15, or 25. Remember, it takes 8 credits to create a new Burner number.
