Can I change the main cell phone number my account is registered on?

Request a phone number change:

If you've recently changed your phone number recently and want to have access to your Burner account, simply send us an email at support@burnerapp.com with the following info:

  1. Old Main Cell Phone Number
  2. New Main Cell Phone Number
  3. A screenshot of your most recent purchase receipt from your old account (as proof of ownership) with the order ID, date, time and item(s) purchased and confirmation that it was a Burner purchase.

We do not accept copy/paste/forwarded receipt information, it does need to be a screenshot of the receipt, it cannot be a screenshot of the inside the app. You can check your email and search for key phrases such as Burner to see if you're able to locate that receipt.
