Dear support,

I subscribed a yearly 3 line plackage via apple store. I'm trying to downgrade it to a 1 line plan. However when I tried to do the downgrade via iTunes subscription site, I wasn't given the option for an immediate downgrade, in contrary, the new plan won't kick in until my current yearly plan expires which is about 1 year from now...I'm wondering if anyone can help to resolve this And have my plan downgrade effective immediately.
