Hi. The app won't send out a verification code. Ever time I input my number, I get this message: "We had a problem sending your verification code. Make sure your iPhone's international settings are set to a supported country and try again." My phone is set to the US, but it still refuses to work. What can I do? If I uninstall and then reinstall, will I lose my number and message history?

So sorry for the trouble!

Our servers were having issues when you wrote in, but they're up and running again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We bulk cleared rate limit as well, so you should be able to log into the Burner app now. Please delete and reinstall the app to reset it and then try again.
