Your support on cancelling subscription is deceptive and does not allow for cancelling. It does not provide any direction on how to cancel the subscription. There is no link to cancellation.

Hi there, sorry to hear about that! Let me clarify how to cancel a subscription for you:

An iOS device's subscription can be cancelled through your iTunes account. Here's how:
1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed somewhere other than Apple.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Here is the support article from Apple, it's essentially the same but they include screenshots.

An Android device's subscription can be cancelled through your Google Play account. You should be able to see a link for cancellation on your subscription management page in the app. In case you can't, here is the support article from Google on how to cancel your subscription:

A web app subscription can be cancelled at Just login using your account number (main cell phone number), then you should see a cancellation link in your subscription Details section, around the middle of the page. Click that and follow the prompts for cancellation.

If you have cancelled already or don't see the cancellation link, or had any issues after those steps, let us know and we can dig into them!
