phone stolen; how to add to new device??


Hi, I've tried to download the app to my new device, as my original one was stolen. But once downloaded it just says, "Choose a device," with a drop down menu, and the only option is my stolen phone. How do I move my paid Burner line to my NEW device?

Hi there, thanks for the great question!

We need to do an account transfer from your old device to your new device. Just write us in at support@burnerapp.com with the following information:

1. Your old main cell number
2. Your new main cell number
3. A screenshot of your most recent receipt for a burner credit purchase on the old account, which shows the date, the item, and that it was a Burner purchase. It does need to be a receipt, it cannot be a screenshot from inside the app of your credit count or Burners. We also cannot accept a copy/paste.
