After applying your most recent app upgrade on my brand new iPhone 6 Plus. I am no longer receiving any of my inbound texts/calls. I have tried a hard reset of my phone and have deleted and re-installed your app and nothing resolves the issue. This is a major problem for me. . Please advise!
We've had a lot of people message in needing account transfer because they no longer have the original cell number they signed up with, so that may be the case for you as well. Not to worry though, we can make an account transfer, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
1. Your old main cell number 2. Your new main cell number 3. A screenshot of your most recent receipt for a burner credit purchase on the old account, which shows the date, the item, and that it was a Burner purchase. It does need to be a receipt, it cannot be a screenshot from inside the app of your credit count or Burners.
