Subscription issue


I'm a new user to Burner, I have recently purchased an monthly plan ($4.99) through burner app and received the payment confirmation from apple pay. But the line was not yet activated.

It shows your free minutes has been used, please subscribe a plan.

If anyone could help me, it would be appreciated.
