not getting verifiaction code


I'm not getting a verification code sent to me.

Able to receive texts from everyone else. So no idea why I am not getting the Burner verification.

I upgraded my phone on Nov 3 and I've been down since. Tried to go back to old phone but same results, verification code is not received. Or it is not being sent.

Very frustrating as I have emailed the support line and no one has responded.

Just want to know if I have screwed up phone settings or if it's Burner that is not sending out the code.

If my new phone is incompatible then I'm ok to switch apps. But would really prefer Burner as I am accustomed to it already.

I'm really sorry for your trouble! We fixed some residual issues this morning that came after the weekend's outage, so I would try deleting and reinstalling the app to reset it.
