Not receiving any messages after app upgrade


After applying your most recent app upgrade on my brand new iPhone 8 Plus I am no longer receiving any of my inbound texts/calls. I have tried a hard reset of my phone and have deleted and re-installed your app (three times now) and nothing resolves the issue. This is a major problem for me, especially after upgrading to your multi-line plan recently. Please advise!
