texts not getting recieved

I have my receptionist team logged into my account to send texts to applicants. Some are working for half of my receptionists and the other half the texts aren't going through. Also after a couple of them logged in it wouldn't let anyone else log it and kept saying "request limit reached for this action"

I paid for 3 premium lines for a whole year and this is drastically effecting my business can someone please help me with this?
