How the app works for you is going to be determined by which plan you have, wether or not it's a subscirption, and if it is a Prepaid Burner, it depends which type you have.

The Prepaid Burners are Burners that run on credits, as opposed to Subscriptions which are a monthly or yearly recurring payment.

The Prepaid Burners all come pre-loaded with a certain amount of texts/minutes/time, and you have to buy credits to apply as extensions if you'd like to keep them around. We have a few different types of Burners, so depending on what you need, they have different attributes and the amount of credits they cost can vary.

The auto-renewing Subscription applies 1 or 3 unlimited lines to your account (depending on the plan you choose). These have unlimited calls/texts/picture messaging, robocall blocking, high-priority support, with auto renewal. If you need to change the number on the Subscription, you can Burn the one you have attached, and start a new one on us. The frequency of number swaps depends on the type of Subscription you have.
