Oops! Verification Code & international settings


I had to reinstall the app and now it's asking for a verification code. When i hit the send code button, i receive the following message:

"Oops!
We had a problem sending your verification code. Make sure your iPhone's international setting are set to supported country and try again."

What settings are you talking about? and where do I find them?

Thanks for reaching out!

In your general settings, there should be a date/time and other regional settings that your device can set so it knows where you are and how to display everything for you. Those need to be set to US/CA/AU, which ever country you're in, and then it'll work. We don't have service anywhere just yet, so as long as your device and everything is registered to US/CA/AU, you can receive the verification code.
