Managing a Subscription

Upgrading to a Burner Subscription grants you the ability to have up to three Auto-renewing Lines on your account, plus additional features like unlimited minutes, texts, and picture messaging, robocall blocking, and priority support.

When you upgrade, you can convert a Prepaid Burner or create a new number. If you need to change your number, you can Burn the line and start a new one on us. The frequency of line swaps depends on the type of subscription you have, but generally you get one line swap per number per month. For more information on the types of plans we have, please visit our Support Center Pricing Article.
